Default Cargojet/Prime Air 767 overruns runway at YVR

An Amazon Prime Air 767-300ERBDSF (C-GAZI) operated by Canadian airline Cargojet has overran the runway at YVR yesterday local time (19/11/24). Ex Qantas VH-OGN.

Substantial damage.

Preliminary information indicates that the flightcrew had declared PAN PAN prior to landing reporting flaps problems, and that they would land at a higher speed than normal. ADS-B data suggests the airplane landed with a groundspeed of 173 knots, and overran the end of the runway by 1880 ft.
