I wonder if they will announce some of the other aviator's from here in the west where the most of the early aviation started up before Qantas, Ansett and the original ANA

I'm sure many will be pleased by the inclusion of Ansett in the names.

Agreed Reg Ansett name would be great, but on a Qantas plane??clash of interest, although bearing in mind Ansett and QANTAS were very seperate operations back then, interesting to see what happens!

What about some of Qantas' founders such as Fergus McMaster, Hudson Fysh, etc Are they currently on any Qantas aircraft?
As for non-Qantas people, what about Sir Norman Brearley?....now there's a well known West Aussie for you Brenden! Sir McPherson McRobertson and MMA Worthy people who were significant in the development of Civil Aviation in Australia.
