They plan to do the whole fleet in 1 year... Don't know how many they will do at a time or if they are doing them individually

Sourced from a Facebook group, it will take 14 days however this will be ramped up to 12 days, 40 aircraft to be done in Sydney remaining to be done in Brisbane.

Here's an AA article published yesterday with a pic of the new seats:

Looking at the last image, it seems the Y seats are being re-upholstered to the charcoal/black theme we saw on the refurbished 767's. The J class "Millennium Seats" are getting a similar purple theme as the refurbished A332 domestic Y seats but are now leather rather than cloth.
