Hi,

All B73Hs will be getting extra seats plus a cabin refresh:

6 extra Economy seats made via changes to the galley and lavatory space.

Probably like what QF did with the 717 refresh, pull 1 lav out!

Hooray for Qantas!

Hopefully they replace those foul looking, grey-coloured side panels which were delivered on the ex-American ordered planes!

An inexpensive upgrade for QF to keep customers happy on the entertainment front. Good job QF!

Highly doubt this would occur as this would leave one lavatory for 162 economy pax. My guess is that the lavatory would be moved back slightly and take up the current galley space located immediately behind.

They are using "Slimline" toilets, the galleys could be reduced in size slightly but no a lot because the carts are a tight fit length wise as it is.

The upgrade won't feature AVOD in every seat. The older 737s without AVOD will receive Q Streaming but iPads won't be supplied. Passengers will have to use their own device.

VH-VXR is apparently the first to have the re-config. done. Was in hangar 2 @ Brisbane this morning.
