Virgin Australia Lounge for HBA?

Part of the artile (link below) says that Virgin will upgrade its guest lounge at Hobart Airport. As they don't currently have a guest lounge at HBA, could this be the beginning of a new Virgin Lounge? The current 'departure' lounge is shared with all other airlines.
