Virgin Australia PER-MEL - All A330?
I have a Business Class booking on Virgin Australia this June on the overnight PER-MEL red eye. This was a A330 flight, however it is now showing as a 737.
I was under the impression that PER-MEL was an all A330 route? Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks in advance, Ryan. |

Looks like the Sat night is a 737, could be anything but i would suspect most sat nights have lighter loads, apart from that could be maitenance issues. But I also was under the impression it was an all A330 route, but like most things in aviation it is all subject to change!

The flight leaves at midnight on a Thursday, arriving Friday morning. I'm surprised it has changed over a a 737.

I was on a 930am flight a few Wednesday's ago and it was a 737. Initially it showed as A330 flight but was switched to 737.

It depends on aircraft down time for maintenance...
