Jetstar Seat Priority

I just checked in online for a Jetstar flight tomorrow. I noticed that when I hovered my mouse over a seat on the map, some fairly detailed information was displayed. One item was "Seat Priority" (seemingly a number between 1 and 10+).

Does anyone know what this means?
