Is it normal for a rear landing gear to be off the ground before the front gear?

The front ( nose ) gear was well off the runway way before either of the main gear left the tarmac . The starboard main gear was off slightly before the port side main gear , but thatís not unusual .

VH-UJK/43974 performed another test flight yesterday BFI-MWH-BFI as BOE976.

Based on the flight time I expect that it is a CAF.
