Default Best time of day for aircraft movements spotting?

During the current emptiness of Sydney Airport, is there a 'best time' for spotting / photography of aircraft landing or departing?

Does any sort of 'peak hour' exist anymore at all?

Default

9-11am for most of the international movements. 3-5pm for most of the daytime cargo movements
