Default QF12 arrival Mar13

VH-OQB was delayed into SYD this morning 4 hours after an on-time departure from LAX.....how does one figure that out?

So I heard, the tug which pushed the aircraft back in LAX broke whilst connected to the nosewheel, causing quite some problems removing it!
