I would say time, from what I have read VA are keen to press them into service ASAP.

What is the seating config for these 'new' frames? Do they have VA or KLM interiors?

138 economy seats.

As opposed to VBY and VBZ that have 8 J and 120 Y.

That would make sense as VH-NHW must be just about ready to leave XSP and 2-HBGT will replace her in maintenance. NHW also did a blip on FlightAware yesterday as well.

For the ones in Europe:

PH-BGX is currently in Norwich (for paint ?)
PH-BGK was withdrawn on 25/11
