Does anyone know what OQD is doing at DXB? FR24 shows that it is making lots of ground movements

According to their press release earlier this year, it went over for a landing gear replacement. That would be consistent with a lot of ground movements. I would guess it will be towed to the paint hangar upon completion of the gear work, as the first A380 repaint will be done in DXB in/from March.

OQD is just arriving in Sydney as QF6054.

OQD then turned around to operate QF11 to LAX leaving about an hour late.

Just to be clear, OQD has not been repainted. It underwent a main landing gear change only. Another A380 will be the first to be repainted.
