Default VH-BDB accident

Reports in that Archer III VH-BDB lost power and has made an emergency landing in West Hoxton. BDB is from Sydney Aviators (YSBK) and is the second engine failure in the last two years. A Broken finger seems to be the only injury so far being reported.

Flightradar 24 shows that the aircraft left Bankstown. Also, the mayday call has been released: see links below.

Well done to the pilot, because the pilot and passengers left the airplane alive.

Not sure that one will survive to experience a third engine failure anytime soon...

Walking away is always a good result.
