It will be interesting to see how the airline goes, I know many Filipino friends who frequent the home nation, however, they for the majority of the time use Singapore Airlines due to the large family and luggage that is going, bypassing their own national airline that flies here.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to post it in, but my ADS-B logs from today, I noticed a plane registered in San Marino. Its transmitted callsign was T7SCI, which I assume is also its registration; however, I can't find any details about this plane anywhere. It's also the first time it's shown up on my logs. Anyone have any idea about this plane? Its ICAO is 500065.

It is ex. VH-SQD. It performed a test flight around Sydney for 1 hours this morning. It departed Sydney for Mt. Isa at 1500. It then departed to Darwin where it still at the moment

I believe it may have had a change of rego and is possibly no longer SQD. Last week I noticed that it had what looked like a plastic sheet over the rego label and VH-SQD handwritten on it. I didn't go close enough to see what the plastic was hiding underneath.

Oh I see. Do you know why it's transmitting as T7SCI instead of VH-SQD?

Edit: Beaten to it by Nigel. Thanks for the information .

VH-VEC seems to be weaving up and down the coast - perhaps doing some aerial survey or photography?
