Default Probable Drone Strike Heathrow

A British Airways flight carrying 132 passengers has been hit by a drone on approach to Heathrow Airport.

The pilot reported that an object had struck the Airbus A320, which took off in Geneva, as it came in to land at the London hub.

The flight landed safely at Heathrow Terminal 5.

US hyped that drone could be sucked into engine causing another Hudson River splash.

The pilot spotted the drone about 100ft beneath her as she prepared to land at Parafield Airport on Sunday, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority says.
She was not forced to take evasive action to avoid a collision and CASA doesn't know who was flying the drone.

The U.K. Incident is now thought to be a plastic bag, I am as a result expecting CASA to immediately ban all plastic bag flying within 5nm of an airport
