So i take its in MEL to visit JH for repairs?

And what caused the damage? does anyone know?

still i have to ask the question why come so far east and south of wollongong off track when being unpressuriesd.

Why not travel the usual route, or is it to do with lower safe alt's?

I guess you're wrong on both counts there. Steve Jones has the best set of eyes in Canberra that I know of...he'd know of any movements there.

Well then the Webtrak altitude of 3,048m was correct as that is approx 10,000'. Very interesting.

Nick, I have replayed some of my own flights around the Sydney area and always found the WebTrak altitude to correspond closely with the actual altimeter in the aircraft.
