Qantas A330 To HKG

I'm flying to HKG soon on the A330. According to the seat maps, the seats I have selected are right in front of the crew rest areas in economy (ie: rows 40 & 41 whereas my friends and I are in rows 38 & 39). Are these some of the better seats? I know I will probably not have passengers interrupting me on the overnight flight, which is a good thing.

Given it's a 9 hour flight, will there always be crew resting there? Hope they don't chat too much during the overnight flight and disturb me sleeping!!!!!
