Wow, I really do drive like a maniac!

Nice vid Seth (love the 'a short time later...' part when I was chasing the Darter ), and great photos everyone.

For my part, I say thank you to all the Saturday bus tour participants for your cooperation in making the day run smoothly. I'm glad I could be a part of the second running of the YSSY Forum community airside tour. I hope we can do it all again sometime soon!

But I must also acknowledge the huge amount of work that went into organising the weekend by Anne and Kurt. I understand there were countless emails going back and forth between them, numerous phone calls and face to face meetings, and the results of their efforts were there on Friday and Saturday for all to see. From all I've read here and from speaking to many of you on the tour, it all went off without a hitch.
Congratulations Anne and Kurt on a job VERY well done!

Nice video work Seth, it really gives a great perspective of the Saturday Airside Tour, and our amazing photo shoot location.

Now we know how the ARFF Fire Tenders can get anywhere in the airport in two minutes, Nigel was their driving instructor

Grahame, I am sorry, I replied to you earlier in the thread but put Phil's name!

Yes, I did the Friday tour. Please accept my apologies for the mistake!

I was using my D300 fitted with a Nikon ED AF-S VR-NIKKOR 70-200MM 1:2.8G lens Adrian, along with a Nikon AF-1 Teleconverter TC-14E 1.4X, so actually 98-280mm (or 147-420mm with the 1.5 Digital Crop Factor).
