Default RWY25 today?

I'm guessing 25 is getting a bit of a workout today. Can anyone confirm?

Also, is it possible to still get to the Barton Park spotting spot from the new 'displaced' carpark? Might head out there this arvo I think.

Cheers

The current ATIS on rwy34.com says 25 for arrivals and 16L and R for departures. With winds 230 at 10-20 I would suspect it will change to all ops on 25 this arvo sometime. You can still access the hill area below the car park in Barton Park, but you have to park further away and walk around the edge of the fenced off area.

Most of the action from about 10am this morning has been off 25 with the occassional heavy using 34L or 16R.

At about 6am to roughly 7:30am they were departing only off RWY25 and all a/c were landing on 34L/R and then 34L/R remained in use for arr/dep for most of the morning until about 2ish when 25 was back in place for landings, not sure about departures.

SYD was a mess this morning due to high winds, most flights inbound to SYD were 'controlled departures' from SYD ATC.
