Is this the company that's been talked about for a few years that is looking to start E Jet service (with fares lower than DJ but with meals etc.) between capital cities?
Curiously, Google Maps indicates their listed address is presently occupied by Acute Concepts, a marketing agency. |

The ABN is real so don't doubt the company is real. Weather it makes it to the skys though is another matter.

I'm going to take a look later, but I am pretty sure this Gold Airways thing has been popping up on and off for the last 5 years. I don't expect to ever see it fly.

I read somewhere that it was a group of 'Airline Experts' and 'Ansett Employees'. Thats where the red flag went up for me...
I doubt it would ever happen... Ansett mk II [or is mk III now??] would be like Titanic mk II. They were great at the time, but they should stay in history. Thats just my opinion anyway. [This is the part where someone with WAY more experience chips in...] |

If the ex-Ansett folks trying to get Gold Air up and running are like "old mate" on here it definately won't get off the ground. Can't see there bing much of a market for any new airline to compete seriously at the moment on trunk domestic routes unless they wan't to capture a fresh market that is not well catered for, of which there aren't many.
