Default Kiwi returning to Oz

ZK-ZQA was cancelled from the NZ register on 25/10.

It is believed to be returning to the QF mainline fleet and take up it's old reg of VH-VZF.

It's been in Brisbane since the 25/10.

This was the 75th B737 delivered to QF.

Possibly due to the increasing use of the A332 to Auckland from Sydney.

And Melbourne and Brisbane. And reduced Australian domestic flying of the A330s, and increase in B737s on flights to Perth from the east coast.

Did it ever fly in Australia as VH-VZF as I have it as being delivered as ZQ-ZQA. Perhaps it was allocated but never taken up ?

Was delivered as VZF and remained under that rego for 16 days, although the nosewheel doors had the ZQA already painted.
