Hong Kong having QF87/88 dropped I somehow do not see QF127/128 being downgraded to a 330 in the foreseeable future. It is a flight that has decent loads even in First, I am led to believe.

Alex.
Is the recent A330 deployments on Sydney-Singapore and Brisbane-Singapore due to VH-OEB on the Captain's Choice Tour?

Hi All,

Don't forget that OJE and OJI are both in Avalon at the moment.

OEB arrived back in Sydney from Captains Choice Tour on 15th May, so she may still be in a hanger getting checked over.

Is this possibly due to loads now that it isn't a through flight? QF81/82 does the same rotation daily (A333) a couple of hours earlier.

OJE arrived back in SYD tonight from AVV. Anyone know what's happening with her from here on?

Cheers

Although not Qantas, I note that Air New Zealand's two 747's have been put up for lease by DVB Asia Bank. I don't think they have too much longer in New Zealand skies.

OJE will be around for a little longer, but should be retired this year. It was in Avalon with OJI to swap gears.
