Default Tow Tug Catches Fire Towing SIA 777

A tow tug catches fire while towing a SIA 777 to a departure gate at Changi Airport.

This is one of the 777s that regularly services Canberra.

Seemed to take the firefighters a VERY long time to put that out!

Question Only two guys with a water hose?

Two firefighters with a single water hose seemed quite inadequate. Surely a dump of foam would have snuffed that tug fire out very quickly?
Between 16R and 16L glide slopes (33.842252 S 151.153295 E) - wave as you fly over!
