Well, once the removal of the old Hangar 83 is complete, works will begin on constructing the new Dom-3A apron. That should give you up to 6 new bays to use within very close proximity to F3, 4, 5 and 6.
No doubt Eastern will be wanting to occupy some of these new bays once completed for both passengers and aircraft layover.
