Default TAAATS# flight plans

This isn't the first time I've seen TAAATS# (or sometimes TAATS#) flight plans. This morning I spotted TAAATS6 with the aircraft as a 737-700 from YMTI to YSWG. I always know that it will never happen since there is no registration attached to it.

I do wonder if Airservices Australia accidentally has the TAAATS (The Australian Advanced Air Traffic System) simulator live.

My hunch correct?
