Default Tracking a Flight Plan?

Hi
Just wondering what is the best way to track an actual filed plan of a flight?

Was looking to track the exact path JQ 787 takes on Weds.

So on Flightaware a flight from Cairns to Mel looks like...

DCT CS Y177 SWIFT R346 TL
NO485F430 T139 OMUBI N0492F410
T139 TOBOB UQ324 CANTY H119ML

I know Swift, Omubi, Tobob & Canty are waypoints but how do I look up and pinpoint the others?

Thanks

More specifically, the ones such as Y177, R346 etc are airways. CS is Cairns, TL is Townsville and ML at the end is Melbourne
