No update on UYO/N998QQ as yet

Great scheme and the light blue is reminiscent of the colour worn on the CAF's PC-9, A23-006 in the late 80s.

Beautiful scheme on the Embraer . Would be great to see a 4 ship formation with this one , the Smithy F70 , Breast Cancer F70 and the 1919 Great Air Race F70 . They certainly have some good “special liveries”

The Aircraft is the 5th (of 30) Embraer E190 aircraft joining Alliance Airlines fleet and will be registered VH-UYB. The aircraft is powered by two GE CF34-10E5 engines and has a passenger configuration of 10 Business Class seats and 84 Economy seats.

The photos were taken after exiting a 10 day repaint by Coopesa in San Jose (Costa Rica).

The design of the livery was undertaken by Alliance Airlines and Lila Design in close consultation with the Air Force and is a tribute to Air Force’s 100 years of service to Australia on the 31st March 2021.

The one off metallic paint is inspired by the color of uniforms worn by many, many thousands of dedicated Air Force personnel and has been specially formulated by Alliance Airlines in close co-operation with Mankiewicz Coatings.

The F-35A Lightning II, the Australian Defence Force’s Air first fifth-generation air combat capability, is silhouetted speeding through the Air Force 100 Logo.

A SE5a bi-plane, Spitfire, Canberra, F-111, P-8A Poseidon, C-17A Globemaster III and F/A-18F Super Hornet representing different eras and historic and significant Air Force aircraft feature on the tail.
The aircraft is scheduled to operate from San Jose (Costa Rica) to San Diego (USA) to Honolulu (USA) to Majuro (Marshall Islands) and arrive in Brisbane (Australia) prior to the 31st March 2021.

Once arrived the aircraft will join the Australian civil aircraft register and operate in revenue service throughout Australia.

Chairman of Alliance Airlines, Mr Steve Padgett OAM is a former Air Force Cadet and is a National Council Member of the Australian Air Force Cadets Foundation.

HP1560CMP completed a test flight on 18 March PTY/PTY of 1h 32m. So it appears it should be moving to SJO soon. Its Construction Number is 19000056 so it should become N956QQ

Out of interest UYZ conducted 2 missed approaches into Amberley this morning

N912QQ has performed a test flight at SJO.

N912QQ due to leave SJO in 2h 50m at 09.04am CST for SDM due at 01.34pm PDT, Tuesday 23 March as SXI2114.

Flight changed to (scheduled)- SJO to TUS at 1.20pm CST/5.09pm MST, 23 March. It is already almost 3 hours late.

Looks like they've cancelled it all for today

Interestingly the first stop is Tuscon rather than San Diego

SXI12114 has left Tuscon, refueled at Oakland and is heading to Honolulu

I am guessing it should arrive at HNL about 10.45 local time, so will it depart HNL for MAJ and BNE the next morning about 9.15am as N998QQ did or will the crew need more rest time??

From the Facebook post, the plan was to get the aircraft here before the 31/03/21 to celebrate the RAAF 100th.

It landed at HNL at 9.46pm local time so perhaps 12 hours rest and it may leave around 10am local time Thurs which would put it in BNE around 5.30/6pm Friday???

It departed HNL at 0949hrs local and is due to land BNE at 1726 hrs today after a refuelling at MAJ .

Now due at 18.26.

HP1560CMP ferried PTY/SJO on 24 March. This should become N956QQ. There are now 5 in SJO, almost 5 in BNE and 4 in PTY

Got the Tail of VH-UYB between 2 buildings adjacent to the Alliance hanger this afternoon, was not game to walk any closer to the fence. I has VH-UYB on the tail.
