Default Footage of Cirrus crashing after Engine loss with Parachute Deployed

Footage Here via Sky News

Quote:
Dramatic new video has captured the moment a small plane parachutes to safety in the United States, after the jets engine failed

The plane is seen dropping from the sky, coming to rest just metres away from a building in Long Island.

A father and daughter incredibly walked away from the crash, after deploying the parachute in the nick of time.

Well, my guess is that if the pilot tried starting the propellor engine instead of the jet pack, he might have flown it to the nearest airport!
