The reason it is isn't publicised anywhere is that it is an invite only membership. If they made information about it public, everyone would want to join.
If you know a member, you might get some more information.

They are an upmarket Qantas Club with personalised service.
There is not even any signs in the terminals. If you see a frosted glass door with 'private' on it, you have found it. They tend to be tucked away though. Happy hunting!
