Seems the pay and conditions are a bit better than they were under Momentum!
Is this really a position designed for people moving from casual WSO to full time SACL AO/WSO? I don't see how else an applicant would have a Cat 4 airside licence and previous experience...

They may well employ people on potential if they don't already have the existing experience/qualifications.
For the pay and conditions bit, I wouldn't have a clue what the terms are for the Momentum staff...it's none of my business so it's not my concern.

How are things with you?

Momentum conditions were quite poor (all casual of course) and not enough for me to live on at the time. The whole concept seemed to be an attempt to undermine the pay and conditions of permanent SACL SOs. Anyway...I have been out there a few times recently with the ADF and ran into MD (the pom).

Yeah mate, keeping busy. Got a runway resheet coming up and a Twy realignment going on, so there's plenty on right now.

There has been no undermining to the SO side of things either. The Momentum contract has had no impact whatsoever, and it's been in place for some years now.
