Those white storage tanks at Link Road near Alexandra Canal?

Can someone tell me what those large white storage tanks at the corner of Link Road and Airport Drive are?

I thought they might be a jet fuel depot for YSSY, but I am not sure.

One of those containers had the words Water Storage on them, so I just wasn't sure about it, but they sure looked like jet fuel containers to me.

Some background on the three original fuel tanks at the JUHI site. I worked for a plant hire / civil engineering company from July 1969 to September 1972. We had a contract to do the earthworks at the JUHI site. First we had to dewater the site by placing spearpoints around the perimeter. These were connected to a large pump which operated 24/7 to keep the site free of water. We also had to provide a standby pump in case of a breakdown. The water table at the site was about one metre below the existing ground level. We excavated for the pit and then constructed four tank bases by using compacting materials. Three tanks were then placed on each of the bases leaving one spare. The three tanks were then filled with water as a stability test. One of the tanks failed the test as it tilted. The water was then pumped out and the tank was moved from the failed base to the spare base. The failed base was then ground tested and a sponge type material was found some distance below the ground level. It was not our fault for the failure. The engineers came up with a solution to Frankipile the base. I cannot remember how many piles were installed but it was a lot. The tank was then moved from the spare base back to the now piled base.
