QF 747 in Manaus?

Hi all,

I was just having a look through the most recent JP uploads and came across this one - it's a QF 747 in Manaus, Brazil on June 15 this year. Does anyone know what it was doing there? Cargo flight perhaps?

At first I thought the photographer had made a mistake with the location but loking at other photos from Manaus confirms that he is correct.
