Centrepoint Tower chopper activity
Hi guys,
One of my mates that works in the city told me that there are works being conducted on centrepoint tower over this weekend that involve the use of a helicopter to change the signage that's currently in place. Keep an eye out and a camera ready if you're interested.

Well the tower still has the same old signs so I'm guessing the first attempt was never attempted. Streets are blocked again this weekend to get the job done but by the looks of the weather forecasts the wind gusts might prevent the heli work from being done.

Somewhat similar,
Today at Westpoint in Blacktown an Bell UH-1H ( VH-UHE ) hovered over the top with a hoist. I cant recall what it was exactly but it was helping remove or install a new generator of some sort.

Looks like this is being attempted again today Castlereagh St has been blocked off and the new signage is lying on the road being prepared for liftoff.

So its now Westfield tower..... Saw it today after it had been done.. No Helicopters hanging round there when we got to the city around 9.30..
