The last unserviceable B788 VKL has just departed MEL for DPS on its return to service. Co-incidentally, of all the recent Jetstar unserviceabilities this aircraft spent the longest out of service being repaired following its lightening strike on 7/5/22, nearly 5 months.
So yes Greg, the eleven Jetstar B788s are now all operational. |

Currently 10 out of 11 JQ 788 in the air! Great to see

You spoke too soon!
JQ57 cancelled. Another 300 angry pax. Something must be broken.... again. How does JQ plan on squeezing in the new ICN flights that start in December when they can't even operate the existing reduced schedule? |

Hopefully they will have a couple of more NEO's on line by Dec.

It seems that techs from Boeing were used to assist in the carbon-fibre repairs on VKL.

Looks like VKG is also tech, didn’t do last nights JQ8, two JQ8s scheduled tomorrow

From the QF Fleet thread:
That would suggest the cancellation was staff related rather than tech, makes sense when you have just the one service a day. |
