That's two returns in three flights for VUY. I wonder if it is another cracked windscreen as this and the Darwin return look to have occurred in similar phases of flight at or close to the top of climb. Probably another issue though.

Not a cracked windshield this time James. Nothing major either. Cheers

Just imagining the pilots taking it back to the hangar and having a coffee in the waiting room while the mechanics put it back on the hoist and tinker.

Some 'different' arrivals on the NG front in the not too distant future I believe.

Ex VH-YFG, currently 2-VYFG, to be VH-YQG is currently enroute from MCI to HNL
Guessing we'll see it back on Australian shores soon!

Thanks Tristan. 2-VYFG is operating as JTN82.

VUY is scheduled to operate HKG-CNS-BNE this morning again as VA9944, departing at 9:40 AEST.

An intriguing comment Dave. We all know the B738s that are returning to Australia for Virgin, so could there be a special colour scheme applied to one from the US perhaps, to be "different"?

I thought that VH-YFE looked very rough n ready for a Virgin in a pic I recently saw of it before it went overseas for maintenance.

2-VYFG has left HNL for MAJ as JTN82 and will continue to BNE where it is scheduled to arrive at 19:05 this evening.
