I believe the aircraft require a gear swing on jacks in the hangar, that’s why they ferry gear down. SYD have the facilities to do that. AVV and ASP don’t.

Adding 1 cycle is an insignificant cost over the life of an aircraft.

Just leaves a huge fuel bill !!!..... Hope they used their Coles Discount card and got 4 cents off per litre...

Morning all,

Garuda Indonesia B777-300ER PK-GIK which wears the airlines ‘Retro’ livery is operating ‘GA7240’ from Jakarta this morning. Current ETA is 0900. This will be its 1st visit to Sydney.

BNE tonight due to the cyclone is receiving 4 Air Caledonie ATR72's.

F-OZKN,F-OZNO,F-OZIP,F-OZLI...

F-ozno has been to BNE many times in the past few months but the other 3 have not.
