Not too mention the HOW many faded/rusted/generally-rubbish-looking cars on the road that noone gives a second thought to... why is an aircraft any different? And hey... it's still a lot better than Air France! :P

I was in Melbourne today...if you think this is bad you should see the condition of the paint job on 122UA
 There are massive areas where the paint looks like it's just peeled off and heaps of other smaller areas that are the same. Even a little kid that was beside me at the window commented on how he could 'fix the colours'.

Picked up my folks at CBR tonight, VH-SBW came in from Sydney not looking a whole lot better than this VA aircraft.
