VQQ was the next to be transferred from JQ to Network.
It's been sitting in Hong Kong since 26/02/23. Is it being repainted and serviced in Hong Kong ? |

VH-VQP should be able to ferry into Townsville from Hong Kong to take up VH-VQQ spot in the paint bay.

VQR is on its way to SIN so a ferry of VQP would make sense.

JQ has announced a significant change to its SE Qld operations effective from Northern Winter 2023-24:
https://newsroom.jetstar.com/jetstar...t-partnership/ * BNE-NRT 5x weekly from 31/10/23, daily from 3/12/23 * BNE-KIX 4x weekly from 2/2/24 * BNE-ICN 3x weekly from 1/2/24 * BNE-DPS up from daily to 10x weekly from 1/2/24 * BNE-AKL up from 4x weekly to daily from 29/10/23, with the A321LR taking over from 1/2/24 * OOL-Japan will cease on 29/10/23 to coincide with the new service to BNE. BNE-DPS is currently showing as daily B787 + 3x weekly A321LR but I expect this may change given capacity on the Indonesia bilateral is maxed out. |
