Most of the ex-VA E190's are finding a home in South Africa.
Even the ones that were in Israel & UK have found there way to Airlink.
They have around a dozen by last count.

Heavylift are reportedly picking up 2 x ATRs

Yeah, I have heard that too, and they already have three (some ex-VA)... but they are all -500s, FVQ is a -600. The two 500s in CNS are FVL and FVX (FVL being the aircraft 'airline secrets exposed' said was being 'scrapped')

Checked my source, Heavylift are renewing the 5 years leasing on their 2 x ex-VA a/c and picking up an extra a/c.

Heavylift has also started ops in WA

FVX is the 3rd for Heavylift. It should be painted by now.

FVQ is off to Greece.

Yeah, that's what PlaneSpotters has listed.. Interesting if they move away from Vxx/Yxx regos for their 737 fleet!

The registration VH-IWQ for 9V-MGI seems odd to me as there are only three other IW* registrations available - IWT, IWX & IWY. Could it be a temporary registration? If Virgin wishes to keep the *WQ theme, HWQ and JWQ are also not available.

Have read elsewhere that the regos will be IJQ, IJU, IJW, IWQ, IWX, IWY and IXJ
