Another emergency landing
Good job for the paper for realizing other airliners other than Qantas have issues!!

Which tyre
Some reports claim the nose wheel tyre burst on takeoff; others say that after landing in Brisbane without incident, a main wheel tyre was found to be damaged and was replaced.
Given the incident free landing I assume that the nosewheel tyre had not burst on takeoff, so where did that information come from?

I read somewhere else that the staff at the Gold Coast were retrieving FOD (is it FOD - foreign object debris?) off the runway after it landed. But then again, it is the papers reporting here Philip.
If it burst on take-off, what would have caused it? more FOD? |

A big well done to the pilots! And to whoever spotted the rubber in Sydney. Nice to see a report of the system working with a good result at the end.
