UA 787 Currently Headed for SFO

I'm currently at SFO with a bunch of other UA folks awaiting the arrival of our first scheduled 787 flight at this airport. UA1468 is en route from Houston and is scheduled to arrive in a couple of hours.

Its not showing in the various tracker sites as a 787 but the Rego is the clue
N26906....which is our 787.

SFO: Look for the 787 on Wednesday

Our second Boeing 787 Dreamliner takes flight on Wednesday as Flight 1468, which is set to depart IAH for SFO at 6:40 p.m. We scheduled the 787 to return to IAH as Flight 132 at 11:50 p.m.

We plan to use the second 787 on an ad hoc basis on domestic routes until it enters regular scheduled service on Nov. 24. For example, we scheduled the second 787 to fly to EWR on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, in addition to the IAH-SFO service. Meanwhile, the first 787 continues service between IAH and ORD as well as IAH and LAX.

We expect to receive our third 787 later this month.
