Scoot 787 Door Ripped Off
Happened at Changai Airport. The aircraft rolled back when chocks were removed had no tug attached but the aerobridge was.
Aircraft was going to maintenance. Super glue? https://www.flightglobal.com/news/ar...changi-444671/ |

Exactly Brian, but Yellow.
The Mythbusters recreated the incident several years ago by trashing a plane and repairing it with duct tape. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQ_b4qrW9r4 Last edited by Greg Hyde; 9th January 2018 at 02:07 PM. Reason: UTube link |

Not bad Rowan, 9 days into the year with the first pun.
Is the repair more complicated with a carbon-fibre structure rather than Aluminium ? |

LCC solution - Duct Tape and add an extra row of seats.
