QF6002 from LAX 25/2
A QF 744 is on its way from LAX to Sydney arriving this morning at 0945, does anyone know what flight this is? Or is it just a flight that was canceled and is now making its way back?
Cheers

VH-OJC, a ferry from LAX due to mechanical reasons. After TLC at the Jetbase, he will ferry to BNE tomorrow and then resume operations on QF15 BNE-LAX.

...hmm
I have always referred to aircraft as "he". And until now I have never given it a second thought. I think it must be because a million years ago when I wore blue and had hair, there were no girls , so we would watch fellow students in the circuit and say "what is he doing now?" So "he" has sort of stuck! That was of course until Airbus was invented. Now we say what is "it" doing????????????????? |

The only aircraft I refer to as he is VH-ZPK which is named 'Aussie Rob', it's a little hard to refer to it as she with a name like that.

I definately prefer to ride a 'she' rather than a 'he' aircraft
I've always known cars, planes, ships etc as a 'she' |

Thanks for this info; however if this aircraft returned to Australia, was a replacement ferried over to the US or were there cancelled flights (QF15/16, QF25/26?) due to OJC's issues?

VH-OJC flew into LA on the morning of Feb17 as QF15, and was meant to operate as QF16 on Feb19, but was cancelled. The aircraft ended up staying at LAX for 7 days
