In all my years around here I've not witnessed a chopper conducting the sort of air-to-air filming ops as we saw a couple of days ago. And having spoken to the pilot it's not the sort of thing that he's done at a busy aerodrome such as Sydney, and most certainly not with such a big subject (the A380)! His flying skill was to be admired, especially in the challenging conditions that ANZAC Day presented, and from what I saw ATC were most accommodating during what was already a busy couple of days.

Hats off to all concerned!

Oh right, sorry again. It's cause i might be going spotting at like 6 in the morning and was wondering any different liveries or different planes are visiting.. eg. Virgin Atlantic new livery, United new livery, JAL 773 etc..
Would be great to see some..

A Qantas A380 flight QF6025 is bound for Manila from Sydney. Saw it on flightradar24.com and http://flightaware.com/live/flight/QFA6025 just incase, and it's right. I just asked my Dad, because he works for Qantas, and he said that they were going to Manila for re-configuration. They are taking some business class seats out and placing more economy seats. Can anyone else confirm?

For the 'rego chasers'..

TG471 is operated by HS-TGO tonight. Departs tomorrow afternoon as TG472.

This should be it's first visit since March 2008 as during most of the first run of the return of the Thai 747-400s it was inactive.
