Can anyone shed some light into what’s going on with X4A? These are brand new aircraft & shouldn’t be having any issues

Airbus A220s worldwide have a pretty poor reliability rate. Combination of supply chain issues, PW1000Gs, and general teething problems that are seeming to take longer to resolve than other aircraft.

Anti corrosion work being done, next delivery will go straight in for work while those to come later will get a fix on the production line

The slat tracks were designed with such tight tolerances that it squeezes out basically all the grease. So, they’re starting to corrode in places where it’s rolling up against the rollers.
