Default Server time is +11hrs not +10hrs
Kurt,

The server is 1 hour ahead of the real time - looks like it's still on summer time.

Lee, just do the following...

Click on "User CP"

Click on "Edit options"

Scroll down to Date and Time settings and adjust the time zone there.

Voila!
