Hong Kong - TC Nida
Typhoon Nida has just passed over HK and moving inland as it weakens.
Gusts up to 151km/h - http://www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm Cathay have cancelled all flights from 22:00 last night until 14:00 today - so no Cathay flights into and out of Australia today. EDIT - looks like the two earlier arrivals made it into Sydney, though CX101 and CX139 have both been cancelled. Flight Radar 24 shows nothing in the air around Hong Kong, Macau and Shenzen airports.

It's effect is being felt in Japan, with QF diverting to Nagoya after weather at Haneda set in.

That would be completely separate MarkR - the two airports are almost 3000km apart. Nida hardly even affected Southern Taiwan.
