Default Laptops on the SQ A380

I was asked by a colleague if the SQ A380 has the facility to power laptops in flight in economy class. If so, what adapters are required?

TIA

No adapters are required, the socket is universal.

That's correct, it is a universal port. QF's A380s have the same thing in Economy... was great playing FSX while actually flying, as well as editing photos I had taken just moments earlier.

Only thing is, I hope your colleague has a small-ish laptop, because I have a 17" and I felt just a tad cramped, but then again I think SQ's A380s have greater seat pitch in Economy than QF.

Do the Emirates A380s have the same features for economy? I might be flying with them to Auckland in June/July
