VS201 Cancelled Thursday 4.06.09

Hi all,

I noticed whilst looking at the International Departures page on Sydney Airport International Departures page that this flight has been cancelled.

Does anybody have any information on this?

Fog in Syd A/C is in Melbourne, crew has ran out of hours!

BA016 acft is also in MEL so they xxld the SYDSIN as the 777 ops MELSIN empty and then approx 9 hour delay ex SIN.

Of course they just dumped the inbound SYD pax in MEL and walked away and left them to basically organise their own way back to SYD

Hope VS didnt do the same would hope they organised something with DJ to get them back to SYD, would have thought BA would have organised something with QF to do likewise.
