Default C130 along the coast

Hey Guys,

Just asking if anyone knows anything about a C130 that was flying low along the coast this afternoon probally around 1 or so. I was at Maroubra Beach swimming when I saw this C130 flying nortbound(looking like on the V1) at probally 400ft or so ..Anyone know why this could of occured?

C130 came over nowra heading for the coast, i think it was a H model.

Probably just a low level nav or training of some description.
